Men -- block the bully attack moves.
A lean and mean focus on what really works.

Mixed style martial arts / street self defense - combo.
Focus is on conditioning, kickboxing basics, joint locks & chokes, takedowns & ground fighting. Partner contact each class.
Very moderate reasonable 'hand/foot strike area' forging for periodic board breaking techniques. (Students love this anyhow. Improves strike accuracy.)
Some classic traditional patterns (hyungs) required but not overly stressed. (good for balance and mental discipline)
Outdoor and home preparedness survival skills are part of the program.
No "unqualified" or "DVD" black belts given (in class "on the mat" belts only).
Opportunity for students to enter certified full contact kickboxing or MMA matches for world ranking, but not mandatory for local class.
Sorry - no firearm instruction for this street defense course. Contact your local NRA or hunter safety course for responsible lessons.
Men and women 18 and over only. This training is "very doable", gradual progressing in skill levels and goals are accomplished with fun guaranteed!
